Hello all!
Tonight's moon is beautiful. The shape I saw was a waxing crescent. Remember when we made Oreo cookies the same shape as the different phases of the moon? See if you can draw tonight's moon shape in your moon journal then describe what it looks like and I will do the same. Oh yeah, make sure you have some Oreo cookies with a glass of milk too. If you don't remember the moon phases names just go to this website and it will tell you. You can also check the local newspaper in the weather's section for today's moon phase.
I hope you all are having a wonderful summer so far. I am going to move all our things into our new classroom tomorrow. You and your parents may come and help if you like. I will be at school at 9am.
